If you're unfamiliar with the TracfoneReviewer blog, take a look around, we share lots of information about Tracfone including reviews, news and promotional codes.
New Tracfone Smartphones are on the Way!
There is a handful of new Android powered smartphones on the horizon for Tracfone and we're excited to be sharing information on many of these phones below, such as the Samsung Galaxy S6.
While some devices will be mid-range phones like the LG sunset, many seem to use Android 5. or newer. There are also several, like the Galaxy S6, that may convey more robust features and gratifaction.
Tracfone continues to expand its offering of smartphones since it slowly functions phase out older, non-smartphone devices. When they still sell and support non-Android phones, many shoppers previously switched with a smartphone. Inside a recent survey we conducted here about the blog, 65% in the 260 respondents already used a Tracfone Android device, while only 17% still used a non-Android phone. The residual 18% use a smartphone on Tracfone BYOP.
Were excited to see more smartphones coming since these new phones may make forever options to upgrade to for the people with older Android devices. (also have a look at our Android Tracfone List to the full report on Tracfone's smartphone options.)
The time-frame because these new devices is going to be released is unknown, and it could be days or months. We're not sure where they'll be offered, as several recent smartphones, like the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, simply have been available from vacation retailer HSN.com. We'll update the moment this info become clear.
The question were wondering is if we will have a higher-end smartphone at the more modest price. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is really a high-end phone, it also comes in a high cost, which many users simply can't afford.
Let's go through and take particular notice at a number of the more interesting phones that will be going to Tracfone sooner. (Note - underneath are the Samsung and LG phones going to Tracfone, we'll be talking about the modern ZTE phones which can be also coming in the next post.)
Samsung Galaxy S6 - Samsung S906L - 4G LTE (CDMA)
Tracfone Samsung Galaxy S6
While the S6 does include a number of nice upgrades and extra features, still shares a number of similarities with all the older S5. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, since the S5 already had amazing features, however, if you're expecting a significant change, look elsewhere.
A 5.1" touchscreen and 16 MP Camera include the S6 (just like the S5) though the screen has higher resolution. The Galaxy S6 also runs Android 5. and has 3 GB RAM, plus an improved appearance.
In the event the Samsung Galaxy S5 was released for Tracfone, it started at $499, and then we expect the S6 will (unfortunately) go to a similar price.
The Galaxy S6 continues to be released and is offered by HSN. You may also examine our full report on the Samsung Galaxy S6 for more information, together with a comparison towards the S5.
Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime - S920L - 4G LTE (CDMA)Update - The Galaxy Grand Prime can be obtained for $99 from Bestbuy! (currently available for sale, list price is $149).
The Galaxy Grand Prime is a lot like the older brother in the Galaxy Core Prime which Tracfone released combined with Galaxy S5 ever before. The Grand Prime is greater, more robust, and can handle more. They come in Android 5., a 5.0" touchscreen as well as an 8 MP Camera - all improvements in the Core Prime.
This phone (along with some with the others below) will make a great selection for many Tracfone users to upgrade to from older smartphones.
No word on the release date, but we think it'll be released as well since the Galaxy S6 (whenever that may be).

(LG K4) -LG L43AL/ LGL44VLThere are several new LG phones along the way, and we will begin with the LG 43AL and 44VL. These tools are the exact same, except for an important distinction - the AL version uses AT&T 4G LTE networks even though the VL uses Verizon 4G LTE networks. This really is great since it allows users to choose this phone whether they've CDMA or GSM coverage inside their area. (In case you may not know, Tracfone contracts with Verizon for CDMA network, at&T for GSM.)
The L43 and 44 appear to be the Tracfone versions with the LG K4, that is a newer phone hardly released in January 2016, and has a 4.5" screen, Android 5.1.1, 5 MP camera and quad-core processor among additional features. This definitely seems to be much like the LG Sunset, but what about a little newer.
As increasing numbers of details come available we'll update them here, for now you'll be able to have a look at the Tracfone tutorials for each of the phones:

LG Treasure (LG K7) - LG L51AL/ LG L52VLUpdate - The LG K7 (referred to as LG Treasure) was briefly available on HSN.com, but after selling out, select longer available. The LG Treasure can be acquired for $99 on HSN (listed for $129)
The LG L51AL and L52VL upgraded versions of the LG phones above, and seem the Tracfone sort of the LG K7.
It appears as though Tracfone is going to be releasing an entire lineup of LG phones - the K4, K7 and K10 (below) that will provide some fantastic selections for consumers.
Just like the K4 above, the LG K7 (L51/L52) was published at first of 2016 and sports some nice features as being a 5.0" screen and Android 5.1.1. Further info is a little murky, because there are at least two versions of this phone and we're unclear which version Tracfone will use.
We will be sharing more about this phone as things clear up, for you can now view the Tracfone Tutorials for each and every device, although we're not sure when they are completely accurate at this time.

LG Premier (LG K10) - LG L61AL/ LG L62VLNow these new LG phones really start to get interesting. The LG Premier (Tracfone type of the K10) has a 5.3" touchscreen, Android 5.1.1, with an 8 MP camera.
It appears like the Premier may also have 16 GB of storage space, a quad-core processor and 1 GB RAM, although we're unclear if your Tracfone version will be the identical.
The LG Premier appears to be it will make for any really nice upgrade from older Android devices, while hopefully weighing a cost below $200, and maybe even nearer to $150.
Just like the opposite phones listed, we'll combine details since the information receives. For the present time, check out the unit tutorials, although we're not confident in their accuracy.

LG Stylo 2 for Tracfone
This phone have a 5.7" touchscreen technology, Android 5.1.1 (or possibly newer), 16 GB memory and two GB RAM. There is not a lot of more information available on the Stylo 2, or what the Tracfone version will offer, but it looks like it's going to be a reasonably powerful but nevertheless affordable device. We expect it to retail about $200.
This phone supplies a good blend of great benefits, while still maintaining your cost somewhat reasonable and we're excited to determine what it will have to provide. You can enjoy the tutorials for the Tracfone website, but, like with many of the other phones above, we're unclear how accurate they may be, and a number of the information could be placeholders.
